6月11-12日，ASLI（Asian Law Institute）第十六届国际学术会议在新加坡国立大学举行，200余名来自不同国家和地区的学者参加了本次会议。本次会议的主题为“The Rule of Law and the Role of Law in Asia”,设立国际法、国际投资法、公司法、争端解决机制等分会场。 

我院教师姜慧芹副教授应邀参加，作了题为“China’s international commercial court: A dispute settlement mechanism for the Belt and Road Initiative”的主题演讲，引起与会者广泛关注。
